Job DescriptionKnowledge on the PLC process of a productShould exhibit good leadership skills and ensuring timely delivery of product.Should be good in communication and get the work done based on requirementUnderstanding System specifications, Firmware and Memory requirementsPerform NAND Flash storage based analysis and verification from product definition and planning through production and releaseUnderstanding on NAND Flash system level behavior characterizationsParticipate in-cross functional meetings such as with Memory, Firmware and cross-functional product line teams to develop, test and qualify Flash storage productsProvide feedbacks, ideas and innovations on new system features for next generation memory developmentsShould be working with counterparts across sites in coordinating on Frameworks, System, Memory, Firmware, ESD tests, Production tests, etc.Should be capable of handling RCA, CAPA, 8D, process improvementsUnderstanding the product and test engineering flowMaking sure product meets the Quality and Reliability specifications of the product.

QualificationsDegree from Electronics/Computer Science preferred with 3-6 years of experience in Reliability/Validation/System EngineeringExperience in Validation and Testing Knowledge on Storage interfaces such as SD, eMMC, UFS protocols will be usefulKnowledge on Semiconductor Physics and Memory Architecture is a plusKnowledge on Factory operations and Agile methodology is a plusGood written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications to prepare and present status reportsNeed to work closely with the team members on a daily basis, set up meetings and calls with the stake-holders and resolve issues diligently is a mustNeed to interact with counterpart teams in India and US
