Additional requirements include: * Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire. * PALS Certificationfrom the American Heart Association is required upon hire * Minimum Requirements: · Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited school is required. · You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. · Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire. · Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions. · A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required.
