As Experienced Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving our agile development processes, ensuring that our teams are empowered to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to the advancement of medical care. Responsibilities:

Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for 2 agile development teams. Guide and coach the team on using agile methodologies and Scrum practices effectively. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Facilitate cross-team specific SAFe ceremony – specifically “System Demo” event. Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and addressing areas for enhancement. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and problem-solving. Track and report on team progress, using relevant metrics and tools. Support the team in resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading agile development teams. Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and other agile methodologies. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Ability to drive change, inspire teams, and facilitate continuous improvement. Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate challenges effectively. Collaborative and approachable attitude, with a passion for fostering teamwork. Proficient in spoken and written English.Experience with Azure DevOps. Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
