Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading agile development teams. Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and other agile methodologies. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Ability to drive change, inspire teams, and facilitate continuous improvement. Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate challenges effectively. Collaborative and approachable attitude, with a passion for fostering teamwork. Proficient in spoken and written English.Experience with Azure DevOps. Familiarity with software development practices and technologies.
