Temp-to-Hire position$24.00 to $26.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Lead & manage service teams (both in-house & external) for equipment installation & servicingDeliver exceptional customer support, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issuesConduct on-site service calls when neededAnalyze warranty trends & collaborate with the team for long-term solutionsAssist in product updates & new developmentsMaintain reports & provide key insights to managementExperienced Service Manager! Qualifications:
Proven leadership & customer service skillsStrong troubleshooting & problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks is a plus!)Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
