We are currently recruiting experienced social workers/senior practitioners to join our Assessment & Intervention team.

We are looking for experienced practitioners who are able to demonstrate that they:

Have a commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfareHave experience in a social care setting with ability to assess needs, identify appropriate social work interventions, plan, prioritise and evaluateHave communication and collaboration skills to build productive working relationships in a multi-agency environmentHave the ability to engage individuals, families and carers and use their views to inform assessments, plans and interventions Have up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends, policies, regulation and safeguarding proactively use supervision to reflect critically on practice, explore different approaches and understand the boundaries of professional accountabilityCan co-work and mentor less experienced practitionersAre willing to work towards Practice Educator Level 1 or 2 or already have a Practice Educator qualification.
