The web engineering team is responsible for developing and maintaining Plaid’s website, which is central to our brand and Growth strategies. We’re embarking on an exciting journey to reimagine our site and transform how we connect with customers, showcase our products, and communicate our story. The transformation is happening at all levels as we re-evaluate both the technical platform we’ve built and the customer experience. We’re a highly cross-functional group across Engineering, Product, Design, and Marketing that is looking for an engineering lead to join our team.
As the lead for the team, you will set our technical strategy, defining and delivering a robust web platform that ensures we can develop engaging, interactive and impactful web pages. You’ll achieve this by setting the technical direction, holding a high technical bar for the team, and directly contributing alongside the team. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
