What we offer to every guest we help look and feel beautiful.    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for an Experienced Stylist that has experience and enjoys working with people and drives to work in a team environment.  Our culture and employee demeanor is of the most importance.  Work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions and cleanliness of services.  Nights and weekend are required. Highly motivated, personable, and committed to becoming a better professional and expert in your field. You must currently live in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude   Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend needed after care products Perform high quality professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environment  Some nights and weekends are required REQUIRED SKILLS: Active Nevada Cosmetology or Esthetics license  Customer service focused; values clientele Reliable transportation Strong Work Ethic Ability to work weekends and evenings Applicant MUST complete all pre-screening regardless of experience/certifications WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?     Compensation: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
