Position Overview:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing Functional Excellence - Training and Compliance Team is looking for a mid-level Workplace Coach to join our team at the San Antonio Campus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in manufacturing operations and training others.

This position is primarily 1st shift, but may require shift change, periodically, based on business needs.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service & support to Manufacturing teammates and be fully integrated with MBU support teams

Attend and support tier meetings and value stream teams in assigned area

Provide side by side coaching support on the aircraft to new & experienced teammates to improve performance, reduce rework, and enhance skills

Utilize Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) to identify root cause issues

Develop and document innovative solutions in support of team goals

Conduct & document routine coaching events to demonstrate level of support being provided to the business

Support development of SOJT plans, guided skills practices (GSPs), and team cross training initiatives

Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives

Support development and build out of on-site Skill Enhancement Center (SEC)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of Aerospace Manufacturing Systems experience

3+ years of experience with REDARS and Boeing PDD system

3+ years of experience with SMS, Boeing Safety policies

3+ years of experience partnering on cross-functional teams

3+ years of production test / troubleshooting / interiors experience

Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills/Experience):

Ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, strong level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic manufacturing environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
