As the Strategic Production Manager, you will be at the heart of these efforts, driving the strategic planning and efficient execution of both physical and digital experiential projects. Reporting to the Experience Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing the production process from our team’s concept to on-site execution, ensuring every project aligns with PepsiCo’s high standards of creativity, innovation, and impact. With a strong background in experiential design and execution, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and vendors to bring ideas to life—whether it’s a large-scale event, a unique brand activation, or a permanent installation. Responsibilities The Experiential Strategic Production Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand experiences through strategic planning and efficient production of both physical and digital experiential projects. This role demands a unique blend of strategic insight, production expertise, and hands-on experience in experiential design and execution to ensure our projects are not only executed with maximum efficiency but also align with our long-term vision of crafting meaningful food & beverage Experiences for our brands and customers. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader capable of identifying opportunities to enhance project sustainability, scalability, and monetization across various markets. This includes building comprehensive business plans and strategies to monetize brand experiences, ensuring these initiatives deliver measurable value and drive growth for the company. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Show expertise as a 3D designer with experience in architecture and special design, imagining and then building models and renderings all the way to execution and fabrication. Develop comprehensive business plans and strategies to monetize brand experiences, ensuring measurable ROI and fostering growth opportunities for the company. Lead the strategic planning and execution of brand experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the global execution of brand experiences. Purpose-build global toolkits that flex and flow with localization, establishing clear brand throughlines which each market can optimize. Identify and leverage opportunities to lift and shift experiential projects for scalability and sustainability, optimizing for both physical and digital platforms. Drive innovation in monetization strategies for experiential projects, contributing to revenue growth and brand value. Oversee the production process from concept to completion, managing budgets and ensuring the seamless integration of strategic insights with operational efficiency. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, adapting our approach as necessary to maintain a competitive edge. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support the successful delivery of projects. Champion sustainable practices within the production process, aligning with the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Business, or a related discipline is required. Experience: Proven experience as an experiential designer or in a related role is a must-have. Experience at an agency or in-house design team is required. A strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a range of design skills is also required. It will be reviewed to ensure that the level of quality has been met. Design Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling is crucial. This includes the ability to create detailed and realistic 3D models of environments, objects, or elements relevant to the experiential design. Knowledge of rendering techniques to create high-quality visuals of 3D models is also necessary. This involves understanding lighting, shading, and texturing to achieve realistic or stylized effects. Skills in animation are beneficial for bringing designs to life. This might involve creating animated sequences or interactive elements within the 3D environment. Software Proficiency: Expertise in 3D design software is necessary. Proficiency in tools like 3D Studio Max, Vray, Corona, or other industry-standard software is required. Adobe creative suite and Microsoft Office suite.
