Experis Services Delivery Leader
The Experis Services Delivery Leader is responsible for the architecture, operationalization and continuous improvement of replicable and profitable solutions delivery across the US. In partnership with Experis Project Solutions’ leadership, ensures alignment and integration between design and execution of single- and multi-competency solutions. Accountabilities Results & Strategy • Orchestrate innovation and integration of our various solutions, including ES&C and Healthcare Service Desk. • Analyze external market and industry shifts to design architecture, delivery standards, processes and methods which drive innovation, value and quality through all lines of our competencies. • Partner with sales and delivery leaders for alignment, execution, investments and go-to market strategies. • Design solutions, as well as tools, technologies, people and processes, with consistent methodology and common cadence to be easily replicated and modified across diverse client portfolio. • Manage organizational change as new solutions are introduced People Leadership • Develop, inspire, lead and coach an efficient, consistently high performing and engaged team of delivery experts. Foster and enable environment of collaboration and communication across services, brands, and functions. • Drive effective utilization of resources, ensuring a sufficient pool of team members in a variety of categories including consultants. • Ensure upskilling of current team members, to ensure their skills stay up to date and relevant in the ever changing technical landscape in which we operate. Client & Candidate • Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire cycle from pre-sale through implementation and project close-out. • Consult with key internal and client stakeholders on multi-competency solution design and embed thought leadership and subject matter expertise to establish credibility and clarify vision for ideal future state. Thought Leadership • Influence and share industry and subject matter expertise across Experis and ManpowerGroup to elevate Experis Solutions’ brand status and communicate value proposition. • Identify and share relevant insights with clients, building our brand and increasing our share of voice. Required • Services/Solutions: 10 years execution and oversight of complex technical Services disciplines, including but not limited to analytics, quality assurance, and cloud • Management: 5 years of successful, progressively responsible project, program and engagement management • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have • Experience working in a global and / or matrixed organization • Strong thought leadership ManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
