Tech Lead Informatica MDM

Job Description

As part of the End to End Digital Customer Relationships, Installed base tracking has become one of the key pillar to grow drastically Services revenues\: both field services and digital services.

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced Installed Base run and user support resource to join our Installed Base Team.  

IB360 is the central data platform where all the product asset data that we track is collected, qualified, consolidated and exposed.

Your main responsibilities will be\:

Platform management\:

-  Design and implement MDM and IDQ solutions, including data models, data integration, data quality, data governance, and data security.

-   Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

-  Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of MDM and IDQ tools and technologies, considering scalability, performance, and integration capabilities.

-  Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams in the design and implementation of MDM and IDQ solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.

-  Ensure proactively that the IB data are properly running from and to all connected platforms for IB data. Monitor system performance, oversee troubleshooting, and lead resolution of service issues.

-  Work closely with product delivery teams to align maintenance activities with ongoing development and release cycles.

Documentation\: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all service processes and incidents.

Incident Management\:

-  Responsible for diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes trouble shooting, fault rectification and problem escalation if it affects 3rd party platforms and other support team. Keep the product team informed of monthly progress on service KPIs and performance reports.

-  Provides effective and timely resolution of user's problems, queries or complaints. Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding service status and issues.
