This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Expert, Pricing Analytics, you will help lead Kohl's pricing analysis. You will drive data-driven decision-making, align analytics initiatives with Kohl’s business goals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive these efforts.
What You’ll Do
Drive and support the pricing analytics activities, including partnering with stakeholders toward the development and implementation of analytics-based pricing strategies
Utilize predictive modeling, experimentation, statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to understand price elasticities and optimize pricing decisions
Implement and promote a test-and-learn approach to pricing strategies, experimenting with different methodologies to identify the most effective solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding and addressing their analytical needs
Present findings to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior and competitor promotions to stay informed of market shifts

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst, preferably in the retail sector
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
Experience with pricing optimization software and knowledge of pricing models
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred
Knowledge of retail pricing and merchandising processes
Familiarity with ERP and pricing software solutions
Experience in dynamic or competitive pricing environments
