Job Purpose
The core responsibilities and accountabilities of a Quality Assurance (QA) Expert are focused on ensuring business continuity, facilitating continuous improvement, maintaining consistency, promoting effectiveness, and delivering high-quality services across various functions or departments
Principal Accountabilities
Quality Audit
Conduct regular audits of processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with Internal standards and ISO framework Analyze data from audits and other quality assessments to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for enhancement Develop and implement strategies to enhance processes, reduce defects, and optimize efficiency through collaboration with cross-functional teams Maintaining accurate documentation of quality processes, audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives Prepare reports and presentations for management to communicate performance metrics, progress on quality goals, and recommendations for further improvementFirst Choice
Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement across functions or departments Support First Choice (FC) activities, workshops and trainings across Mnl Center Drive Continuous Improvement through implementation of FC Tools & Methodology (Performance Dialogues, Problem Solving, Process Excellence Activities, Gemba, Time & Motion, etc) Manage improvement projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation of solutionsBusiness Continuity Management (BCM)
Conduct Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Training and Refreshers across functions or departments Provide support during Business Continuity Plan incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Act as a key member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), contributing to the swift and effective response during crises Execute and monitor the Business Continuity Management System to ensure readiness for potential disruptions.Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Understanding of forwarding business, DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business systems (CW1 and GSConnect) Adept on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Process Map Proficiency in MS Office. Expertise in MS Excel is a must. Knowledge on MS Visio would be an advantage Six Sigma Green belt or equivalent (such as First Choice Advisor) Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and facilitation skills Effective stakeholder management Good Data Management
