The Role:

Lead and oversee end-to-end testing activities for multiple IT programs and initiatives Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with complex business process requirements Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure that testing activities are aligned with business objectives Identify and mitigate testing issues and risks that arise during the testing phase Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to junior test coordinators and testers Communicate testing progress and results to key stakeholders, including business leaders and project sponsors Ensure that all testing activities adhere to best practices and industry standards, while implementing continuous improvement practices

 

Role Requirements:

In-depth understanding of business processes and their impact on testing activities Expertise in developing and executing test strategies, plans, test cases, and test scripts Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while providing guidance and leadership to the testing team 8+ years of extensive experience in Business or IT testing, with a focus on end-to-end (testing) coordination in complex environments Experience in using testing tools and techniques, such as test management systems and automated testing tools
