Combining innovation and expertise from Allianz Services locations in Germany, Romania, India and Mauritius, the Allianz Services Learning Services team pursues the ambitious vision of being Allianz Group‘s preferred service provider around the entire learning value chain. Services offered range from designing learning experiences, creating learning products, managing learning activities, analyzing learning success, and providing trainers and coaches. As part of Learning Management Services, the Learning Management Expert is a Learning & Development professional who uses tools and platforms to manage and deliver digital and classroom training.

 

He/She is responsible for overall learning management, from working with various customers to understand their requirements, to providing learning content and first-level technical support to end users, to evaluating and continuously improving learning processes. As such, he/she serves as the administrative expert for the key learning platforms in the Allianz ecosystem, i.e. the core Learning Management System (LMS) Success Factors Learning, the Learning and Content Management System (LCMS) Blended, and the Learning Experience Platform Degreed.

 

Responsibilities :

Perform end-to-end learning system administration and maintenance, including import/export of learning content, management of learning activities, and management of user learning Manage data, including the creation and processing of system reports in Excel, as well as the creation and analysis of learner surveys Prepare communication assets and distribute them to the learners Manage Outlook mailbox and provide troubleshooting / 1st-level technical support to learners using Atlassian Jira task management Assist in the management of classroom training, such as coordinating with external training providers, organizing and facilitating digital sessions, and supporting the purchasing and billing process Take over cross-team activities, e.g., contract management, translation


Requirements :

knowledge of using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning systems, or databases Experience in organizing and administrating (classroom) trainings Ideally, experience with task management systems (preferably Atlassian package) Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel Strong attention to detail Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Ability to take responsibility, be proactive, and think and question critically Fluent English (written and spoken) required; German would be a plus
