To strengthen our HUB HR team in Pilsen we are looking for: Expert HR Projects & Processes Job Responsibilities: + Optimization of HR workflows and processes on an international level, especially regarding standardization, efficiency increase and automation + Management of and participation in various HR projects + Support in the further development and standardization of international HR reporting, especially via SAP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Warehouse + Analyses, conceptions and implementation in the field of data-driven / data-based HR (data usage, analysis options, etc.) Job Requirements: + Completed university degree in the field of business informatics or similar + Very good knowledge of HR systems SAP HCM, SuccessFactors modules and SAP Business Warehouse + Very good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are a plus + Good business knowledge + Experience in international project work, project management and project leadership + Holistic process-oriented thinking and high goal orientation + Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint What We Offer: + Competitive Salary (with yearly bonus of 15%) + Opportunity for Future Growth and Advancement + Meal allowance of 123 CZK / day + Transport allowance of 100 CZK / day + Flexi Pass 20 000 CZK / year + Vacation allowance 10 000 CZK / year + Christmas allowance 10 000 CZK / year + 5 weeks of holiday and for every 3 years of employment plus 1 extra day of holiday + 3 days of sick leave per year + Pension insurance contribution up to 4 166 CZK / month + Home office option ...and much more! ​ As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
