As an integral part of our IT Order Management Team, you'll spearhead the coordination of EDI connection onboarding processes. Your role involves liaising with various stakeholders, offering expert advice to customers on integration topics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our interfaces with Business Units, Development Teams and Customers.
What you can expect:
\n\tCoordinate the onboarding of EDI connections, collaborating with Business Units, Development Teams, and our B2B Customers\n\tAct as a competent contact person, advising customers on requirements and integration implementation\n\tRealize BU-specific SAP EDI partner connections, adhering to technical HUGO BOSS standards\n\tManage requirements, technical design, documentation, customization and test management\n\tCollaborate with customers and external service providers, playing an active role in managing relationships\n\tPerform troubleshooting and repairs following in 3rd Level Support with established guidelines\n\tBalance responsibilities: 40% communication, 30% 3rd Level Support, 30% Customization in SAP\n
Your profile:
\n\tCompleted studies in business informatics, computer science, or a related technical field\n\tMinimum 5 years of experience in EDI with expertise in the SAP environment\n\tPractical experience with EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML or VDA\n\tStrong technical and process understanding of SAP especially in Logistics or Warehouse Management \n\tExperience in SAP PI/PO or CPI\n\tOpen mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to acquire knowledge independently\n\tFamiliarity with Azure DevOps or other project management tools\n\tIdeally, good knowledge of EDI and its technical implementation in the SAP environment (IDOC, message control)\n\tUnderstanding of IDOC-types to exchange sales orders (ORDERS), order response (ORDRSP), dispatch advise (DESADV), invoicing (INVOIC), sales report (SLSRPT), inventory report (INVRPT) and PRICAT\n\tAdvanced English skills; German proficiency is a plus\n
