Your tasks

Expand and bundle Airlaid Technology process and application knowledge. Collaborate with R&D and partners to optimize design and functionality of Airlaid equipment and processes. You will be responsible for advancing nonwoven and airlaid technologies into new fields of application. You will be part of a multidisciplinary, international team working at the forefront of bringing airlaid technology to the next level. You will work closely together with suppliers and customers.

Your profile

You have a completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, design engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in plant engineering for nonwoven technology. Profound knowledge of airlaid process control, equipment design, machines and relevant raw material properties. Experience in project management and working with interdisciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of quality management systems and process optimization. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Very good English skills, both written and spoken, is required; knowledge of German is advantageous.
