Job Title: Expert - Maintenance

Job Location: Peenya,Bangalore

 

Role Description

Monitor & perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with established procedures.Keep a record of preventive maintenance activities, including dates, signatures, tasks performed, observations, and recommendations.Adhere to GDP guidelines to maintain accurate documentation of company assets and process-related records.Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all records related to utility systems and maintenance activities.Promptly close all site observations, ensuring adherence to the company’s quality ISO 9001 and EHS standards ISO 14000 & ISO 45000.Follow prescribed protocols to address and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformities.Proactively identify and address potential quality concerns.Identify opportunities to enhance maintenance plans, suggesting improvements to boost efficiency and cut costs.Propose cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance activities.Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operational issues to minimize production disruption, also adhere to maintaining proper required spares at the site.Manage and supervise external contractors involved in maintenance repairs or facility/utility system modifications.Stay aware of ongoing continuous improvement and sustainability projects.Have experience in constructing documentation-related infrastructure,equipments and instruments, including URS preparation, system risk assessment, and subsequent validation.Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, motor control center, and transformers.Monitor and maintain HVAC systems to optimize performance including chiller, AHUs, and refrigeration systems.Coordinate with EHS in RO water and wastewater management.Maintain and troubleshoot compressed air systems including compressor dryer, filter, distributor pipes to ensure uninterrupted supply to the production line.Ensure the functionality and reliability of fire protection systems such as fire pumps, sprinklers, fire alarms, and extinguishers to safeguard the facility.Implement and manage monitoring systems and controls for utility equipment, including sensors, meters, and control panels to optimize energy consumption.Develop a preventive maintenance program for utility systems including scheduled inspection, lubrication, and equipment replacement.

Job Requirements

Diploma or B.E Mechanical  / Diploma or B.E ElectricalMust have around 11+ years experience and at least 8 years worked in Utility and Machine Maintenance role.Worked in reputed Manufacturing Industries, preferably good MNC’s. Should have handled projects, and facilities startup.Must have awareness about Sustainability and Continuous improvement initiatives.Must be ready to relocate to Karnataka State Bengaluru city.
