You will join our Technology Delivery team within our Enterprise Technology practice, serving end-to-end technology and digital transformations for our priority clients. You can look forward to being embedded in teams consisting of other driven and curious Bain staff, working alongside other teams on process excellence, architecture, design, and software development, among others. Participate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects, solving the most pressing needs of our clients with a key focus on delivering significant outcomes and value Establish and implement PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX from inception, guiding the team through onboarding to ensure seamless project operations and efficiencyCollaborate with senior leadership to align project management practices with organizational goals and objectivesDrive continuous improvement of the project management process to enhance project delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityMonitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and take corrective actions as necessaryProvide intellectual and thought leadership to the team to ensure the highest quality of analytical and conceptual output Identify value creation opportunities in each client situation, ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable business impactManage and ensure execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processesBuild and maintain consensus with clients on case goals, critical issues, workplan, implications, recommendations, and implementation plan. About you:
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fieldsPreferred: MBA, courses in digital/tech transformationExperience
8+ years experience in consulting, a start-up or other business environment, preferably within the Tech industryPrefer Insurance Industry experience - Policy/ Claims/ Guidewire etc.Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvementExperience with project management for large tech transformationsExperience collaborating with other vendors (e.g., IBM, Accenture)Knowledge, skills and abilities
