The role What will your job description look like: Perform sales administrative tasks with collaboration with account manager, The position involves processing documents for ordering/delivering products and services, onboarding new customers and customer systems, Working closely with the sales team, particularly on processing requirements for the creation of quotations and contracts, Handling debt collection, reminding debtors, Providing administrative support for invoicing on a regular basis, Routine email and telephone communication with customers and suppliers, Attending meetings and calls, participating in company presentations to customers, Support and analysis of our marketing activities, workshops and seminars in relation to customers (in collaboration with our marketing team), Global collaboration across SoftwareOne with specific supporting teams. #LI-AS1 What we need to see from you Experience in a similar position (Sales Team Assistant, Executive Sales Support, Junior Key Account), Sense of order and focus on defined goals, Proficiency in working in tandem/smaller teams, but also working independently, Proficient Czech, Knowledge of English language at a communicative level (internal communication), MS Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Interpersonal skills via telephone, Willingness to learn new things and develop your knowledge and "common sense".
