About Us:

We are currently seeking a skilled Senior SAP Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) product.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend functionalities using ABAP for our SAP IBP product. Design and implement high-level SQL queries, with a focus on HANA optimization. Collaborate closely with the Team Product Owner and Architect to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. Ensure the quality of deliverables through test automation practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Work as part of an agile team, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in any programming language with a strong understanding of generic programming principles for backend development. Advanced knowledge of SQL, preferably with HANA database. Experience in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and concepts. Experience with SAP IBP or other SCM-related SAP modules is highly desirable. Strong commitment to software quality and test automation. Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Willingness and ability to develop Fiori applications. Experience with agile development methodologies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in backend development, ABAP is a plus. Proven experience with SQL databases and high-level SQL queries. HANA is a Plus. Previous experience in SCM business processes and SAP IBP is a plus.
