WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our Technology Delivery Guild within the Enterprise Technology team, part of Bain’s digital capabilities practice. In this multidisciplinary group, you’ll help clients modernize their tech strategy, architecture, and systems -- aligning technology with business goals to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation. You’ll develop enterprise-wide solutions, optimize cloud and data architectures, and integrate AI to enable scalable end-to-end digital transformations.

Mission
Support the day-to-day implementation of technology transformation projects, focusing primarily on the delivery and operationalization of strategic initiatives to achieve significant outcomes and impactAssuming responsibility for the entire project and its final deliverables by maintaining direct engagement with clientsLead cross-functional teams in implementing project management strategies to achieve project objectives, including scope, schedule, and budgetFocus on delivery assurance to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of strategic recommendations, utilizing project management principles to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomesImprove efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of clients’ business processes and operations in the context of large tech transformations ensuring tangible value creation for clientsDrive the implementation of large scale transformation programs to ensure efficient and effective implementation of strategic recommendations that align with clients' goals and objectivesIdentify issues, create hypotheses and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision-makersDrive clients to action by developing comprehensive plans to implement strategic recommendations and managing their execution to achieve desired outcomesEssential functions
Participate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects, solving the most pressing needs of our clients with a key focus on delivering significant outcomes and valueEstablish and implement PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX from inception, guiding the team through onboarding to ensure seamless project operations and efficiencyCollaborate with senior leadership to align project management practices with organizational goals and objectivesDrive continuous improvement of the project management process to enhance project delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityMonitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and take corrective actions as necessaryProvide intellectual and thought leadership to the team to ensure the highest quality of analytical and conceptual output Identify value creation opportunities in each client situation, ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable business impactManage and ensure execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processesBuild and maintain consensus with clients on case goals, critical issues, workplan, implications, recommendations, and implementation plan. Education
Required: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science / Engineering, Information management or other tech-related fieldsPreferred: MBA, courses in digital/tech transformationExperience
8+ years of experience in consulting, a start-up or other business environment, preferably within the Tech industryExperience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvementExperience with project management for large tech transformationsExperience collaborating with other vendors (e.g., IBM, Accenture)Knowledge, skills and abilities
