This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Global HR Solutions team is an organization built to deliver end to end dedicated services and partnerships with HRS countries, COE’s and employees across the globe. As part of this team, you will create moments that matter.
As the Expert Specialist, you will work with the HR organization, employees, and managers across a wide variety of HR processes and transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Taking, logging, assessing, and resolving first line calls, chats, and emails
Process HR transactions, logging and closing cases, and ensuring accuracy of data.
Explaining and applying HR policy and procedures to advise managers, employees, and HR through their query.
Providing guidance to users on the use of systems including Workday and the local intranet to help them find information and process transactions/submit requests electronically.
Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers and drive improvement in performance deliverables.
Manage questions, escalate those cases that are outside standard guidance and need further support through resolution processes, directing inquiries where necessary to the Center of Excellence.
Maintain electronic employee personnel files.
Provide ongoing feedback and share learning to content governance team to maintain strong self-serve content to other team members and Training Analyst on either new specialist topic or require learning.
Provide feedback and information to support a high-quality experience in the HR Capability Centre .
Create, update, store relevant employment information.
Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors.
Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years’ experience desirable supporting in fast paced customer service, administration, or operations environment
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR) or equivalent work experience
Additional Skills/Preferences
Specialized knowledge in HR
Prior experience working in shared services.
Prior Workday experience
Strong Data Management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Strong resilience to ambiguous environments
