We are now recruiting for a Expert Specialist, for the TCC Finance team in our Cork office.

This is a Fixed Term 12 month contract position with a hybrid workplace where you will be expected to attend the office 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Act as SME for the purchase to pay process for clinical trial investigator payments and other trial related payments, including:

Vendor creation and managementPO creation and maintenanceTracking trial budget vs POs created to ensure an appropriate split of the trial budget across sites based on the patient enrolment numbersIssue resolution related to rejected invoicesVendor follow up where invoices have not been receivedUnderstand and comply with procurement, legal and financial requirements and proceduresIdentify, communicate, and resolve issuesServe as Metrics lead, including analysis & reporting from various Metrics ERPsLiaise with clinical trial sites to maintain operational relationshipProvide business support to the associate team on clinical trials startup & administrationAnticipate and monitor dynamically changing prioritiesProvide feedback and shared learning for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience in a AP/AR function or other relevant finance experienceAssociates Degree (or equivalent work experience)Fluency in EnglishAbility to speak additional languages an advantageAppreciation of / experience in compliance-driven environmentAbility to learn and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
