Responsibilities:
5-10 years of experience into Production Support
Windows Server/Linux, MSSQL, Oracle DB knowledge is required
Tomcat, ActiveMQ, JBoss - any of the deployment tool knowledge is required Hands-on experience on ticketing tools (Jira / Freshdesk).
Hands-on experience into Windows and Linux and application support and knowledge deployment installations Perform production support activities which involve the assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
Readiness to work shifts and/ or be on call and/ or put in extra hours for task closure.
Should be strong in debugging and troubleshooting.
Ensure that communications to key stakeholders are provided in a concise and timely manner.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services industry; preferrable experience into Managed services or Production Support
Experience into LoanIQ is mandatory
Minimum 6 years of experience in leading multiple high priority complex testing projects.
The successful candidate should have an extensive knowledge, experience and exposure in Middle Office (preferably) or Funds industry products (e.g. Custody, Funds Admin) and applicants should be numerate, computer literate with the ability to understand new systems quickly. Detailed practical experience of the use of JIRA.
