You are enthusiastic customer-oriented person with strong technical and application knowledge in the switching & protection devices

Your ability to analyse, diagnose and decide on customer queries and customer issues is very much appreciated

Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural team in the global field.

Essential to be an effective team player in bringing resolution to the customer issues and report the voice of the customer to the respective product management team systematically.

Language fluency (English) and Proficient in imparting trainings to both internal and external customers

Appetite on learning digital evolution in the market

Technical and domain knowledge requisites\:

1. Strong product knowledge on Contactor / Tesys Offer 

2. Good understanding on governing IEC standard including IEC 60947 series

3. Experienced to work on CRM customer relationship management platform with clear customer centric and KPI driven mindset

4. Good decision-making ability in providing answers to both internal and external customers which is key for business success

5. Good knowledge on root causes analysis using 8D methodology and tools like 5W, fish-bone analysis etc.

6. Excellent technical report writing skills for customer issues

7. Good understanding on breaker installation rules related to both electrical & mechanical

8. Good understanding on Trip unit functionality and settings using commissioning tools

9. Good understanding on product selection based on application, technical characteristics etc.

10. Strong trouble shooting knowledge - able to collect the data, diagnose and detect the problem from customer installation, working data and able to retrieve the data from respective trip units using existing diagnostic platforms

11. Willingness to conduct the site analysis for trouble shooting

12. Expected to make clear presentation and effective communication to both internal and external customers

Academic and professional experience requisites\:

· B-Tech in Electrical & Electronics engineering with min. of 10 years of experience (or)

· M-Tech in Electrical & Electronic engineering specialization with min. of 8 years of experience

· Experience in product development and /or advance level technical support is added advantage

  Certification on Six sigma (green belt) is added advantage
