Group Protection & Resilience is responsible for the governance, standard setting and systematic monitoring within all Allianz operating entities (OEs) across the globe. We define the core professional, procedural and organizational requirements to anticipate and prepare for, and adapt to changes and sudden disruptions in order to protect Allianz’ business operations (IT and Non-IT), personnel and physical assets so that the Allianz Group is better positioned to respond in an effective and efficient manner.
We are looking for several experts with different background in Outsourcing or Third Party Risk Management or related activities like provider and contract management. The function will build up efficient digital processes on TPRM, handling all aspects of relevant third party risk, including delivery of services to various entities from the Allianz world who act as customers.
You will
The Expert for Third Party Risk Management will be the point of contact within the delivery center for specific Third Party Management Risk queries, support and guidance.
Experts within the delivery center will cover all Third Party related Risk Domains and ensure up to date and effective support.
Manage and oversee efficient and effective implementation of the AZ Third Party Risk Management Policy across AZ Group and assigned entities
Perform Outsourcing Maturity Assessment including alignment with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, Security
Contribute to and follow-up of internal and external audits regarding Third Party Risk Management
Prepare Third Party Vendor management related reports / dashboards and report to senior management;
Ensure the Outsourcing inventory of all Outsourcing agreements and key supporting documentation of the Outsourcing process (e.g. Risk Assessment, Business Plan, Due Diligence, BoM approvals) is managed and adequately in place;
Plan and facilitate completion of all Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for Outsourcing Service Providers across the Outsourcing Lifecycle; own the System of Governance control for the Outsourcing Function;
Manage Quality Assurance process over outsourcing RCA, control documentation and testing results; ensure adequate reporting
Contribute to the publication the annual Outsourcing Assurance Reports for AZ Technology senior management and its customers;
Key Requirements/ Experience/ Qualifications:
4-6 years of professional experience in different areas of risk management, ideally on the background of an IT service provider and across the risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, outsourcing/vendor risk, business risk
University degree (Legal, Business, Economics, or similar) required
Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken.
Other requirements:
Ability to build strong working relationships and ability to convey complex information to peers/ partners
Experience in dealing with supervisory authorities and working in the area of provider management / procurement a plus
Reliable, highly committed, precise working style combined with analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Ability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international and complex team environments
Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure
