Job Description

Main Tasks:

Organizing, implementing, and coordinating PT trainings and events on products and their applications for PT customers (dealers, consumers)Conceptualization and coordination of training documentation in local languagesCoordination of training and qualification of external services (promoters, merchandisers and demonstrators)Dissemination of the link to PT Academy, PT Forum and Encyclopedia of PTInitiating activities related to the product launch together with the responsible marketing managerDeveloping training programs, evaluating their results according to the development strategy of the departmentDetermining the overall effectiveness of the programs and suggesting improvementsDefining the content of training programs and materials according to the objectivesPreparation of training materials (presentations, workbooks, etc.)Conducting training events, webinars, seminars, etc. in groups or individually.Consulting customers regarding technical questions on productsDemonstration of tools and new products at dealers and trade fairs, during training programs, at construction sites.Organize and conduct on-site training as neededMaintaining records of completed courses

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements

Experience as a technical product trainer (knowledge of power tools would be an advantage)Time managementDeveloped presentation skillsEnglish - Upper-intermediate levelProactive approach to workWillingness to travelKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeDriver's license (category B)
