The eXplore Tires Engineering Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to develop skills and knowledge in various aspects of engineering management. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to different departments within the production process. The trainee will work closely with the MTE team to develop talents as potential successors for Management or Specialist Positions.
