Dive into the world of tire production and learn all the essential production and engineering processes we use every day.
**What You’ll Learn:**
+ **Tire Production & Rubber Technologies:** Get hands-on with tire production processes, rubber technologies, and material flow.
+ **Shop Floor Experience:** Spend time on the manufacturing floor to understand day-to-day operations.
+ **Manufacturing Programs:** Learn about specific manufacturing programs and their impact on central projects.
+ **Central Team Collaboration:** Work with our central team to gain technical knowledge and understand the tire business.
+ **Department Rotations:** Rotate through different departments to see how they all work together.
+ **Networking:** Build connections throughout the plant, central functions, and with international trainees.
+ **Performance Indicators & Reporting:** Get introduced to manufacturing performance indicators, analytical tools, and industry standards.
+ Profound theoretical background in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Quality);
+ Advanced English knowledge;
+ Intercultural experience through international internships or during semester(s) at an university abroad;
+ Strong ability in analytical/structured thinking;
+ Project Management experience represents a plus.
**eXplore Tire Manufacturing & Engineering Graduate Program**
**Duration:** Up to 18 months
**Phase 1 – Practical Experience (10–16 months):**
+ Start with hands-on experience in tire production.
+ Work in a real production setting.
+ Tackle your first project at the plant.
**Phase 2 – Central Placement (6–9 months):**
+ Join a graduate pool in Hanover with peers from around the world.
+ Participate in exciting projects and learn about tire development and our global business model.
+ Attend technical training programs to gain new skills.
+ Use your soft skills and build a global network.
+ Gain insights into research and development processes for tires.
+ Collaborate on a global business contract with other graduates.
+ Present your project results to top management.
