Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Export Control Compliance Manager (F/M) to join our Export Control department based in Toulouse, France.

The aim is to protect Airbus and its subsidiaries from violations and to participate in the establishment of a robust export compliance program.

Your challenges:Develop and deploy group and division compliance program.
Achievement of strategic objectives.
Coordinate and process all requests for information according to applicable regulations.
Review the export control clauses of the contracts.
Actively contribute to the information and awareness of Society staff.
Lead projects and work packages.
Assist in the definition and implementation of the internal compliance program.
Follow-up and advice on export projects for programs involved in trade with China in order to protect the company and its executives from violations of the regulations in force.
Risk management: analysis, instruction creation, reporting and compliance.
Support for audits of departments and subsidiaries.
Your boarding pass:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of export control in an international environment,
Proven project management skills,
Good communication skills: active listening, extension, synthesis, method writing, instructions, memos, reports
Master the regulations on the control of European, French and American exports (Regulation (EU) 2021/821, ITAR, EAR). Knowledge of export control in English law would be a plus.
Language skills: English negotiation level, French not required
