Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the Sales teams to develop, implement, and manage the local key accounts strategy focusing on service level and overall customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for:• communicating with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information. • managing Order Entry activities. • ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. • providing appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g., order changes, order completion, expediting, tracking and communication, blocks, and suspensions, etc.). You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleYou are highly skilled in SAP or Salesforce CRM. Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access). Degree in Business administration, Economy or administrative similar education. You are at ease communicating in English and French, Arabic is a plus.
