Main Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needsSeek out actively new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and being in the field.Negotiate and close deals as well as handle complaints or objections.Cooperate with production, logistics, and finance departments regarding production plans, shipments, etc.Prepare a database of foreign customers and related documentation.Be responsible for managing key clients, maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or any related field.At least 2 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of the plastic industry is an advantage.Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and transportation and costumes processes.Excellent planning and organizing skills.Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.Possibility to travel abroad for missions.Fluency in Russian (written and spoken) is a must.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.Good command of using different Microsoft Office programs.
