Export Supervisor

Strategic Planning & Market Expansion:

Develop and implement export strategies to drive growth in existing and new international markets.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product penetration and assess competitive landscapes.

Sales & Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in international markets.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives.Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the export process, ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations, customs requirements, and documentation.Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to export operations.

Brand Representation:

Act as the brand ambassador, promoting our products at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.Communicate brand values and ensure consistent messaging across all markets.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated on changes in international trade policies, tariffs, and restrictions.Ensure all export activities align with local and international laws and company policies.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in export management, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage sector.Proven track record of successfully expanding markets and achieving sales targets.
