**Name of the role:** Exports Customer Service Analyst (Secondment - Fixed Term: 6 months)
**Location:** Panama
**Type of contract:** Secondment - Fixed Term
**This role operates within a supply network with the following dimension**
+ Responsible for exporting global replenishment for 5 Regions (NAM, Asia, GTME, Europe, and LA&C) that cover 25 markets.
+ USA is Tequila's most important customer, representing 80% of the total volume exported.
+ Reso of the World (ROW) represents a big challenge given the small volume vs number of markets
+ This position at Tequila Don Julio operation faces a challenging environment considering the complexity of the category in terms of legislation, taxation, and sourcing of materials, but most important is to consider the future expansion plans for the brand Mezcal is a new challenge for logistics teams as it becomes part of Diageo’s portfolio.
**Purpose of Role:**
+ · The main purpose of the role is to deliver a superior Customer Service Levels within Diageo standards
+ ·Work collaboratively with our customers to achieve efficiencies for both parties.
+ Customer Service means to Diageo; Leadership, drive, process improvement, supply efficiency and superior service levels. (OTIF >95%).
**Top accountabilities:**
+ To execute the order management process effectively to ensure targets accomplishment.
+ Liaison with all logistics areas to ensure E2E exports process is properly executed
+ Develop a collaborative agenda with our top customers to achieve efficiencies in the supply chain, increasing KPI’s
+ To ensure all documentation required is delivered promptly, avoiding delays for our customers.
+ Strong interaction with the planning team to act as a single team to serve markets
+ Follow up on customer complaints and claims until final solution.
+ Ensure the entire process is carried out under the global governance of Diageo
+ To be the main point of contact within all Tequila and Mezcal Brands all our customers, regarding any topic.
**Qualifications and Experience Required:**
+ 3 years of experience in Customer Service or similar
+ Foreign trade background (free trade agreements, customs)
+ Knowledge of the logistics process
+ Knowledge of Planning and forecasting processes
+ Analytica thinking
+ Decision making
+ Analytical skills and ability to shape analytical findings into meaningful insights for the business
+ English fluent
+ Experience in using SAP, Advanced Excel
