THE JOB:
As an Express Delivery Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests in their food and beverage selections within the assigned outlet. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsEngage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you deliver and assist them with their food and beverage selections by presenting and describing menu items, suggesting courses, and explaining chef specialties all while providing an outstanding guest experienceConsistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the font-of-house area to comply with company standardsEnsure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation proceduresOwn the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE STARTING PAY: $11.83 with direct tips

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best workPrevious food serving experience in a restaurant, hotel and/or banquet establishmentIs a team playerIs welcoming and engagingHas basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulationsCan handle multiple tasks at one timeDisplays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
