California estimated annual pay range for this position is $64,480 to $86,800.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
