Job SummaryThe People Shared Services Intern will support the People Experience team in HR operations, administrative tasks, and employee lifecycle processes. This role provides hands-on experience in HR systems, case management, and compliance while ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. The intern will gain exposure to HR best practices, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:Employee Lifecycle Support:Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentations such as personal file updates. Support employment contract management and verification processes. Help maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data integrity. Assist the People Shared Services team to support urgent requests. HR Operations & Administrative Tasks:Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry. Assist in preparing reports and compiling HR analytics for decision-making. Help update and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal reference materials. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the shared services team. Ad-Hoc HR Projects & Team Collaboration:Participate in HR transition support for areas like Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Compensation. Assist with internal and external HR audits. Support special projects and initiatives led by the People Experience team. Qualifications & SkillsRequired:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
