WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Schedule & control shift operations efficiently to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Ensure calculated planned downtime and smooth run ability of machines to achieve Master Production Schedule target as well as targeted and support IWS philosophyEnsure manufacturing of product by meeting quality targets through agreed processes aiming to reduce/eliminate market complaints and ensure product integrityCoordinate and support all maintenance activities to ensure smooth running of machines and reduction in downtimes and provide full support to maintenance team to ensure timely completion of maintenance activitiesDrive breakthrough results in Process Reliability, Planned and Unplanned Downtime while delivering against the Master Production ScheduleProvide prompt feedback regarding machines’ performance to IWS/Technical teams.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

A sound educational background with minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering (EEE/ IPE/ ME, etc.) or any related fieldFresh graduates with prior ECA experience are highly encouraged to applyAbility to be empowered, work independently, and focus on resultsA proven record to build close working relationships with a diverse range of peopleExcellent planning and prioritisation skills
