British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a B2B Content Executive [Video & Gamification]
This role is responsible for developing and handling B2B digital content to support business objectives. It plays a key role in the creation, adaptation, and execution of content meeting the campaign’s brief and requirements. The position requires close collaboration with relevant partners to ensure content meets the legal requirements, brand guidelines, and aligns with overall digital strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Support B2B content development, ensuring alignment with the organization’s B2B Digital Channel Strategy and business objectives.Understand campaign briefs and collaborate with internal partners to meet B2B content requirements for the End Market.Develop, edit, and produce video content for B2B platforms, such as retailer educational videos and customer engagement clips.Create and adapt interactive gamification to enhance engagement and support digital strategies.Apply translation tools and coordinate with proofreaders to ensure localized content is delivered accurately.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and approval processes, meeting service level agreements.Handle timely content uploads to the B2B platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Collaborate across teams to optimize digital touchpoints, ensuring video content and gamification align with business goals.What are we looking for?
4+ years of experience in digital content creation, video production, and gamification development, preferably from a creative digital agency background.Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Synthesia) and gamification platforms (Playable).Experience in content management and uploads on B2B platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento) and familiarity with CRM tools.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with AI-assisted translation tools (SmartCat) for localized content adaptations.A Bachelor’s degree or certification in Digital Media/Digital Marketing.What we offer you?
