British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a B2B Digital Manager (Content)
The role is expected to build an in-house B2B digital content capability, which traditionally is handled by creative agencies. they are responsible for leading and building a central above-market team in developing and leading B2B digital content as per business requirements for designated markets globally. They are expected to have a strong understanding of the End Markets’ campaign plans & business priorities. This role plays a critical part in leading all aspects of the B2B Digital Admin and B2B Digital Content teams, ensuring the effective execution of B2B platform setup, data administration tasks, and digital content development and management in alignment with business requirements
Your key responsibilities will include:
Build and lead an in-house B2B digital content capability, traditionally handled by creative agencies.Establish and handle a central above-market team to develop B2B content and lead all aspects of platform administration.Align B2B campaign communications across digital touchpoints, including new launches, promotions, loyalty programs, and interactive engagement.Supervise content creation and management, including visuals, copy adaptations, videos, and gamification.Maintain a content library for efficient asset management, briefing, and timely deliverables.Lead the B2B Digital Admin team, ensuring smooth platform setup and data administration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional B2B executives to complete plans effectively.Stay updated on digital communication trends and share cross-industry insights for continuous improvement.What are we looking for?
7-8 years of experience in Digital Content Marketing, preferably from a digital marketing or creative agency background.A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.Proven ability to lead and manage creative & digital marketing teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.Strong account management skills, including stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.Hands-on experience with content development & management tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Synthesia, Playable) and online CRM platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento preferred).Familiarity with AI-assisted translation tools (e.g., SmartCat) for localized content adaptations.Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive multiple projects efficiently across regional teams.What we offer you?
