About the Role

The Digital Analyst is responsible for developing and delivering internal reporting and data analysis requirements using various analytical tools to transform data into actionable insights. Reporting into the Group Analytics Manager, you will support the Digital team & other wider business functions to inform business decisions for digital trade, strategy and new business cases.

Responsibilities

Delivery of business reporting needs including but not limited to weekly Digital Media Report, Email/ Content Performance Report, Weekly Trade Summary Support Senior Digital Analyst in delivering business reporting requirements Work collaboratively with our internal BI team and external data agency to execute and deliver data analysis projects, technical requirements as well as scoping new opportunities for optimisation Set up new workflows to optimise reporting efficiency and data flows

Skills & Experience

Experience with any or all of the following programs: Google Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Advanced Excel, Advanced Google Sheets, Google Cloud Platform, Looker Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Lexer (CDP) Self-motivated, with ability to take ownership and own outcomes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective time management and prioritisation skills Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key functions within the business
