Reporting directly to the VM Brand Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable retail experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES

Budgeting and overseeing a capital expenditure  Coordinate local/international shipping Customs preparation and liaising with internal shipping specialists Sourcing props and internal décor Organising logistics of all required elements into New Store on time Organise printing and packing of new store opening packs Work with internal stakeholders on opening floor plans and department capacity Manage Bulk prop orders and storage Plan critical pathways for new store openings Work closely with internal graphics team to deliver new store opening Graphics packs Communicate seamlessly with internal /external stakeholders to assist in opening stores local and international

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience working in a retail environment  Demonstrated experience working with a Mac and be proficient across Excel, In Design and Photoshop Ability to work individually and in a small dynamic team Strong communication and presentation skills Strong time management skills Great attention to detail and highly organised Be able to manage a substantial budget Strong people management skills  Have an understanding of the Peter Alexander Brand and Visual Merchandising hand writing
