ABOUT THE ROLE

Jay Jays DFO Booragoon is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-stock volume store. This role requires a strong ability to multi-task, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a Full time position and will require availability over weekends, and public holidays

This is a full time position and will require availability over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Manage inventory to minimize stock loss and accurate processing of transfers and deliveries. Oversee stock movement between stores, ensuring efficient stock levels. Achieve sales targets and KPIs  Lead, coach, and motivate the team to drive performance and success. Ensure the store is visually merchandised to reflect VM directives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience in managing a high stock volume retail store is essential. Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales and KPIs. Skilled in managing rosters within budgeted hours. Experienced in managing inventory and reducing stock loss. Committed to Health & Safety compliance within the team.
