About The RoleWe are currently seeking a Product Coordinator to join the Jacqui E team within the Womens outerwear category. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and demonstrate your passion for product!
This role is a 12 month contract, located at our Support Office on St Kila Rd, Melbourne.
Responsbilities Assisting the Product Manager in the sampling approval process including fittings and approval comments Inputting information into the Range Planner, also ensuring costs, units and delivery dates are accurate and up to date Liaising daily with our offshore and local suppliers for costings and delivery confirmation as well as sample and trim submissions Briefing new ranges to suppliers for development Managing and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelines Supporting the product team with sample and administrative needs such as weekly sales meeting preparation, campaign shoots, seasonal meetings such as PSR and Strategy Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Product Coordinator, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role is preferable Qualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageous Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast pace environment Have great attention to detail and works well under pressure High level of productivity and efficiency Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Be a collaborative team member Perks Generous staff discount and access to our sample sales Central office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner Park Work closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environment Engage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth Coffee lover?
