A Training Coordinator manages training resources and information and assists with scheduling and planning events and training activities. In this role, you will collaborate with heads of departments to develop training strategies and implement a comprehensive training program. This position is ideal for an educator or technical artist seeking to begin or advance their career in VFX and animation by working alongside a diverse and experienced team of experts. This role has significant potential for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
As a Training Coordinator in Sydney, your role encompasses:

Collaborate with Trainers to schedule and organise training activities.Assist in creating and maintaining training materials on the corporate intranet, including processing video recordings, storing them appropriately, and formatting pages on the training site.Research and compile existing training materials (internal and external).Organise and structure training materials and pages in a consistent, accessible manner.Refine and improve the presentation, visibility, and awareness of training resources.Generate reports on Learning Management System (LMS) activity for all departments.Coordinate and support training invitees, including tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and generating detailed reports.Assist with onboarding new hires by delivering introductory training and providing resources.Maintain the training room and inventory (when applicable).
Must have Qualifications and ExperienceBasic understanding of the animation and VFX industry.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly in Mail, Calendar and Sheets.Diploma or equivalent education.Aptitude for learning new software quickly.


Desired Experience

Basic imaging and video editing skills.Experience with content creation for learners.Familiarity with Intranets, documentation and UX.
