With a promising pipeline of work throughout the Christchurch area, our National Surveying team are seeking Expressions of Interest from Surveying professionals. 

As Surveyor, you will support the business by organising and actioning surveying requirements on our contracts/projects, ensuring that the work carried out is high-quality and to the contract programme and specification. This is a great opportunity where your expertise and skills will be valued and well-utilised by our Christchurch team. 

A large portion of the scheduled work will be located in the rural areas of Christchurch therefore the flexibility to travel and stay away from your homebase is required. 

 

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills

The Surveyor will have knowledge in all aspects of New Zealand Surveying.  The focus of your experience will be in Engineering/Construction Surveying on major infrastructure projects, complimented by experience and understanding of all other forms of Land Surveying practises in the country.

Skills & experience we’d value: 

Diploma in Surveying or Bachelor of Surveying or similar qualification Construction experience comprising major infrastructure and tier 1 construction project experience Experience with Modern civil software (Civil3D, 12D, Trimble Business Centre etc)  Experience with Leica Total Stations, GNSS The flexibility to be mobile as working on projects outside your home base will be required Proven experience leading field teams to apply survey skills & leading the team to achieve project outcomes.
