**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Support the AH Marketing Team in the execution of the Operational Plan and in the administrative tasks of the AH department and may be required to provide support to on-site events as appropriate.
+ Event management (including the coordination and implementation of internal and external events), budget tracking, Internal Approval forms submission and management, management of contracts and communication platforms.
+ Regularly track the PO vs Invoices record for Marketing team to ensure spending within budget plan.
+ Support the Marketing Team in their daily work requirements, such as internal approval forms submission and timeline progress.
+ Support and coordination of initiated external meetings and conferences including attending event and workshops for Swine, Poultry & Pets which include: preparation of event materials to marketing team, logistical arrangements of external events, internal events such as National Conference, Mid-Year Conference and workshop.
+ Provide Marketing Services support, which include:Support the marketing team on internal processes submission,monitoring progress timeline and budgeting plan, maintaining of communication platforms, assist supervisor for flight and accommodation booking when required, handling Brand reminders (Gimmicks) and inventory records
**About our future employee:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (preferred) or Professional Training
+ Minimum 1 year of management/administration experience; Marketing background is a plus
+ Knowledge of the Prescription Medicine/pharmaceutical industry is desirable
+ Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
+ Strong organization and follow through skills
+ Meticulous and organized; Able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence
+ Able to work independently, analytical and problem-solve for issues
+ Agility & flexibility to manage multiple priorities
+ Pro-active and able to deliver tasks with a sense of urgency
+ Should be well-versed in overall office management, technical tools and software applications
