Job Title: Exterior Residential Painter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Painter with sprayer experience to join our team. The role involves painting stucco walls, wood trim, and other surfaces at Beach Pointe Apartments in Huntington Beach, CA. Applicants must be reliable, hardworking, and capable of delivering high-quality work.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces for painting by sanding, caulking, and applying putty as needed.Operate a spray gun to apply paint evenly on exterior surfaces.Paint stucco walls, wood trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.Essential SkillsProven experience with spray painting equipment.Strong knowledge of painting techniques for stucco walls and wood trim.Ability to perform surface preparation tasks such as sanding and caulking.Capability to use various painting tools including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.Good attitude and strong work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be able to pass a 4-panel drug screen.No felonies in the past 7 years.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position involves outdoor work at a residential apartment complex in Orange County. The role requires the use of various painting tools and equipment, including work boots, a two-gallon bucket, good quality brushes, mini roller handles, putty knives, caulking guns, extension poles, and utility knives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
